Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ICOFP, we value our students and are committed to providing quality education. However, we understand that situations may arise that require a refund or a course change. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests will be entertained only within 7 days of admission or 15 days before your batch starts , whichever comes first.
  2. Non-Refundable Courses:Please note that eLearning courses are non-refundable once purchased.
  3. Refund Request Procedure:
    1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the specified time frame.
    2. To process your refund, please send an email to your admission manager and CC Kanhaiya Jha (kanhaiyaj "at" icofp "dot" org) and Gaurav Chopra (gauravc "at" icofp "dot" org) with the subject line: "Refund Request for [Course Name] – [Your Name]".
  4. Alternative OptionsIf you are not satisfied with your current course, you may also choose to switch to any other available course under ICOFP.ORG, SHAREGURUKUL.COM, or ICF.EDU.IN. Please contact our admission team for more information on course options and availability.
  5. Loan Availment Deduction:In cases where a student has availed of a Zero Percent Loan option, ICOFP will deduct a 10% interest fee, which has been paid to our NBFC partner on your behalf, from the refunded amount
  6. Processing and Miscellaneous Charges:A processing fee of ₹2000 will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, miscellaneous charges related to ICOFP services may apply as per the terms and conditions.
  7. Refund Processing Time:Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
